I work at the intersection of open-source ecosystems, public-interest technology, and software engineering. Over the past two decades, I’ve led civic-tech initiatives, built international programs, and developed full-stack solutions across Python, JavaScript, and PHP.

I founded Open Knowledge Foundation Brazil and helped grow a national open-data and civic-tech community. At the Wikimedia Foundation, I expanded the Wikipedia Education Program across universities in Brazil.

Now based in Berlin, I work on digital public infrastructure at public plan GmbH, focusing on BI, semantic search, and open-source systems.

Interests: digital sovereignty, civil society, education, classical music, philosophy, stoicism.
